With a vision to position Gujarat as a leading
destination for high value Global Capability Centers
(“GCC”), the Government of Gujarat has introduced
Gujarat Global Capabilities Center (GCC) Policy (2025-
30) (“GCC Policy”) to foster innovation and enable
world class ecosystem promoting sustainable growth,
employment generation and global competitiveness.

QUANTUM OF INCENTIVE
QUANTUM OF INCENTIVE
Comprehensive financial support designed to encourage business growth, technology adoption, and operational expansion. These incentives help enterprises reduce investment costs while improving long-term sustainability.
Eligible CAPEX:
Under the Eligible CAPEX incentive, businesses can receive 20% incentive on Non-IT related CAPEX, including construction or purchase of buildings and office furniture. Additionally, 30% incentive is available on IT related CAPEX, such as computers, software, and networking-related hardware. The maximum incentive amount is INR 50 Cr., and the approved amount will be disbursed in 20 quarterly installments.
Eligible OPEX:
The Eligible OPEX scheme offers 15% of annual OPEX subject to 20 Cr. per year. Expenses related to Bandwidth & Cloud Services will be limited to 35% of annual OPEX or INR 7 Cr per year. The incentive amount will be disbursed in 20 quarterly installments.
Special Incentive:
The Special Incentive package includes EGI support of 15 days salary, subject to 50k for Male EEs and 60k for Female EEs. Businesses can also receive Interest Assistance up to 7% or actual interest, whichever is less. Under AGRS, incentives are 100% for Female EEs and 75% for Male EEs. Additionally, 100% Electricity Duty (ED) will be reimbursed.
